Pointe West

Pointe West is a planned luxury waterfront community on Sand Point, along Michigan’s western shoreline where Saginaw Bay meets Lake Huron. Its 112 homesites offer residents the opportunity to design and build custom homes, choosing their own contractors and construction timelines, subject to the community’s architectural controls. The development features more than a mile of sandy beach, lakefront parks, a boat launch, bike paths, and tennis and basketball courts.
