Polabské dotace

Polabské dotace is a Czech consultancy helping homeowners navigate government support for energy-saving renovations. Its services focus on the 2026 New Green Savings programme and are tailored to each home, household and renovation plan. The team assesses eligibility and helps clients compare options, including NZÚ Light grants for vulnerable households, interest-free renovation loans, partial insulation and comprehensive renovations.

Support can include planning insulation and related measures such as heat pumps, solar photovoltaic systems and water heating. Polabské dotace also prepares renovation passports, which describe a home’s condition, recommend the order of improvements and provide documentation for selected applications. Depending on the project, the consultancy can help assemble required materials such as project documents, energy assessments and photographs, submit applications, communicate with the relevant fund and document completed work.

The company offers an initial consultation at no charge and explains the process before recommending a suitable route. Based in Kolín, Polabské dotace serves homeowners seeking practical guidance with renovation funding, from checking eligibility to preparing and submitting an application.
