Political Compass

Political Compass is a renowned brand that offers a 2-dimensional typology of political opinions. Unlike fleeting election-time surveys or superficial personality tests, Political Compass provides a comprehensive and enduring platform. Their test allows you to analyze and understand political personalities that are applicable to all democracies.

Moreover, their range of features enables comparisons between countries and political figures, both past and present. The brand's core belief is that the traditional Left-Right division is now primarily an economic measure, as mainstream parties increasingly adopt the neo-liberal strain of capitalism. Instead, the focus should be on identity issues, making their social scale more crucial than ever.

Political Compass draws inspiration from influential figures such as Wilhelm Reich, Hans Eysenck, and Theodor Adorno, who have made groundbreaking contributions to this field. Political Compass not only helps individuals understand their political stance but also provides them with an idea of their political allies. While others may repackage their concept for short-term commercial purposes during national elections or as a fleeting internet personality test, Political Compass remains committed to providing substantial and year-round insights.

With an extensive collection of images that are featured in educational books, they have become a trusted source for students and researchers. Continually stimulating hundreds of thousands of visitors, Political Compass is dedicated to offering a valuable resource for years to come
