Pääkaupunkiseudun omaishoitajat ry is a support and advocacy organization for family caregivers. We provide guidance to those caring for their loved ones, develop support measures for family caregiving, and organize peer activities. As the organization for family caregivers in the Helsinki metropolitan area, we offer a range of services and resources to support caregivers in their vital role.
Our services include counseling for family caregivers, training programs, and the opportunity to connect with other caregivers through peer support groups. Whether you are a caregiver in Helsinki or Vantaa, we are here to help. Our mission is to ensure that family caregivers receive the information, support, and recognition they deserve.
