About POLYVIM LLC
Polyvim is a plastic recycling facility in Georgia that is dedicated to making a difference in the world. As waste levels continue to increase, Polyvim recognizes the urgent need to collect and manage plastic waste in a responsible manner. Their mission is to recycle, reuse, and reduce plastic waste in an effort to protect our environment and health.
At Polyvim, the process begins with gathering and separating used plastic bottles, removing labels and caps. The bottles are then washed, crushed, and undergo various industrial activities to convert them into PET flakes. These flakes are then transferred to a second factory where they become raw material for the production of polyester staple fiber.
The reclaimed fiber is spun into yarn and transformed into fabric, which is ultimately cut and sewn into a textile product. Through their proprietary process, Polyvim is able to produce top-quality fibers that are both practical and sustainable. Polyvim's commitment to recycling goes beyond environmental benefits.
By using recycled polymers, including PET bottles, they are also positively impacting the economy.
