Pomelo Dining

Pomelo Dining is a boutique catering company founded by chefs Tjarda Glas and Rosalie van der Weide, offering fun fine dining for private gatherings, businesses and special events. Based in Amsterdam, the team primarily serves North Holland and also takes on events elsewhere in the Netherlands and internationally. Its cooking combines Mediterranean inspiration with Asian and Latin American flavors, using seasonal ingredients and menus tailored to each occasion and guest group.

Services include private-chef dinners at home or on location, celebrations, weddings and holiday menus, as well as corporate lunches, office drinks and bites, plated dinners, buffets, brand activations and gallery openings. Pomelo Dining also develops culinary collaborations, including guest-chef dinners, pop-up restaurants, cooking workshops, wine tastings and retreat menus. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options are available. Extra services can include wine pairings, themed styling and on-site service, with equipment offered for an additional fee.
