About Pomidorlandia
Pomidorlandia. pl, established in 1980, offers a diverse collection of traditional tomato varieties in Poland. With over 700 varieties of non-GMO, non-hybrid tomatoes, we strive to preserve genetic heritage and provide amateur gardeners with unique options.
Our seeds are untreated but disinfected to ensure safety. We focus on maintaining heirloom tomatoes that allow for seed saving and consistency in traits. Additionally, we provide seedlings and expert advice for a successful harvest.
Our mission is to educate and promote biodiversity in vegetable cultivation. We host an annual competition for the largest tomato, with some specimens exceeding one and a half kilograms. Our dedication to preserving history and tradition makes us a valuable resource for tomato enthusiasts.
