About Charity
Pons Charity is a token-launch platform built to connect crypto trading activity with charitable giving. It enables users to launch tokens on Pons, identified on the site as Robinhood Chain, while directing a chosen share of trading fees to a charity. The charity address and fee split are written into the launch contract as constructor settings, making them immutable from the first block. The platform states a minimum charity share of 50%.
Launching a token deploys its fee distributor in a single transaction, with that distributor set as the fee recipient. Pons charges a 1% fee on each buy and sell; 0.70% goes to the creator side, where fees accumulate for automatic distribution according to the configured arrangement. The process is permissionless and verifiable onchain. Donations are bridged and routed to the selected charity, with settlement handled through Donate.gg. Each payout is recorded onchain to provide a transparent trail from token fees to the recipient.
