About Pontiac US Nationals
The Pontiac U. S. Nationals is an event and community hub for Pontiac enthusiasts, bringing together drag racing, car shows, and related activities.
The website provides information about the event’s race classes, show attractions, results, sponsors, and news. Drag racing offerings have included Super Pro, Tin Indian Performance Pro, Kauffman Performance Street, and heads-up competition, including the Outlaw Pontiac Street Heads Up Drag Race and the “fastest Pontiacs ever” contest. Car show features include the Show and Shine competition, while event activities have also included a burnout contest and raffles for automotive products such as Billet-Tek valve covers and an Edelbrock intake manifold.
The site shares winner announcements, event updates, sponsor listings, and information for prospective sponsors, as well as photography services. The organizers describe their goal as providing the best possible experience for the Pontiac community and acknowledge sponsors as essential to the event. After differences with Beech Bend Raceway, they announced plans to seek a new venue for the 2017 event
