Pony Club Schwarzenburg is a private, nonprofit pony experience provider in Schwarzenburg, Switzerland, welcoming families by appointment since 2012. Its activities offer children and adults a chance to spend time with ponies in small groups, always accompanied by the club; the ponies are not rented out. The program includes guided rides and walks, pony grooming and a gentle introduction to pony care, with opportunities to help prepare feed and muck out stalls.
Families can also book children’s birthday parties and pony parties, seasonal experience days, visits to the Grasburg adventure trail, and themed baking and craft afternoons. Optional activities include decorating a horseshoe and taking an instant photo with a pony. Birthday packages can be tailored with extras such as costumes, a cake, games, a treasure hunt and party decorations.
The club places pony welfare first and provides a home for older ponies. All proceeds go toward the horses’ upkeep. The venue is accessible on foot from Schwarzenburg railway station and offers activities throughout the year
