Ponyhof am Schieder-See

Ponyhof am Schieder-See is a family-friendly pony farm in Schieder, Germany, specializing in outdoor riding experiences and activities for children. With long-standing experience and a caring approach, the farm introduces young visitors to ponies in a relaxed, supportive setting where enjoyment comes before performance.

Children aged three and older can take part in gentle, playful riding lessons, meet and groom the ponies, and build confidence at their own pace. Families can also enjoy guided pony rides along marked circular routes near the Schieder-See. Parents lead their own children, making this a nature-based outing suited to beginners and young riders.

For children aged six to twelve, the farm offers riding holidays with accommodation in shared rooms and full board. Activities include two riding sessions each day, which may take place on trails, in the riding hall, or in the arena, as well as pony games, horse-care activities, and age-appropriate learning. Campfires, night walks, and time to play round out the holiday experience.
