Poplar HARCA is an award-winning housing and regeneration community association in east London. With a mission to create opportunities that realize community potential, they focus on exceptional homes and thriving places, with social justice at their core. Poplar HARCA was voted into existence 25 years ago by their residents, and they are driven by the needs and aspirations of the community they serve.

They currently own and manage over 10,000 homes and are leading a £2. 5bn place-shaping program that includes new homes, education, healthcare, faith buildings, business, and community spaces. They invest approximately £4m each year in community regeneration, providing support for employment and training, state-of-the-art creative spaces for young people, initiatives to improve health and wellbeing, events, networking, and affordable workspace.
