Porcupine Hollow Farm is a licensed, family-owned and operated tree nursery in Central Lake, in northern Michigan’s Tip of the Mitt. Founded by Pat, whose interest in trees began with growing Christmas trees in 1987, the farm has grown into an online nursery serving customers nationwide. It offers wholesale and retail sales, with a specialty in bareroot trees and shrubs in a range of sizes.

The nursery’s selection includes broadleaf trees such as maple, oak, poplar, ash, aspen, and walnut; conifers including cedar, pine, spruce, and fir; and shrubs and bushes such as lilac, hydrangea, chokeberry, and blueberry. Fruit tree offerings include hardy apple, pear, and plum varieties, alongside blueberry plants. Products are selected for northern growing conditions and can suit home landscapes, privacy plantings, and orchards.

Customers can browse and order through the farm’s online shop or place an order by phone. The website also provides tree prices, planting instructions, seasonal specials, and information about refunds, returns, and shipping. The farm accepts orders for fall and spring planting seasons.
