Porter Livestock is a family-run farm in Indiana specializing in miniature cattle and offering calves for customers looking to build or expand a herd. The family has raised livestock for 14 years and began breeding miniature cattle in 2018 with a small group of Mini Hereford cows. Today, the farm focuses on raising quality cattle with attention to animal health and land stewardship. Its approach includes rotational grazing and keeping calves with their mothers whenever possible, raising bottle babies only when necessary.

Customers can explore the farm’s miniature cow herd and available calves, with pickup or delivery offered. If Porter Livestock cannot deliver an animal personally, the family can help customers find a reliable livestock transporter. The farm also lists miniature donkeys, Valais Blacknose sheep, merchandise, and an expanding fresh meat line among its offerings. Its website features information about upcoming calves and a waitlist for prospective buyers. Porter Livestock presents its work as a family venture, sharing its livestock and farm products with customers while caring for the land and animals.
