Portillo Construction is a Central Illinois roofing and restoration company serving homeowners and businesses in Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, Metamora, Pekin, Pontiac, and Galesburg. The company combines detailed workmanship with transparent communication and offers residential roofing, commercial roofing, siding, repairs, and storm damage restoration. Its roofing services include residential systems, EPDM solutions for low-slope commercial roofs, and precise repairs such as chimney flashing. Siding options are designed to complement a home’s architecture, while seamless gutters are available with roof or siding projects, not as standalone jobs.

Portillo Construction also helps customers navigate storm-related insurance claims. Co-owner Jill Portillo is a licensed public adjuster who documents damage, reviews policies, and meets with insurance adjusters to advocate for fair coverage. The company emphasizes careful cleanup, clear project scopes, dependable scheduling, and financing through third-party partners. Its crews use movable dump trailers and conduct regular cleanup sweeps and magnet passes to help protect properties during work.
