PortmanDentex is a dental group supporting clinicians, practice teams and dental practices across the UK and Ireland. Its network cares for well over a million patients each year. The organisation aims to help dental professionals develop their careers while providing support that respects clinical freedom, wellbeing and the individual values of each practice.

PortmanDentex offers career opportunities for dentists and specialists, dental nurses and trainees, hygienists and therapists, orthodontists, practice managers, practice support staff and central office teams. Its clinical development includes CPD-accredited training and courses, mentorship, a Clear Aligner Programme and Practice Clinical Lead opportunities. Clinicians can also draw on guidance in areas such as clinical governance, safety and quality.

For practice owners, PortmanDentex provides options to sell or grow a practice, including shared ownership, joint ventures, succession support and referrals. The group also offers operational and clinical support intended to help practices develop while retaining their team’s identity and values. Through these services, PortmanDentex brings together career development, clinical resources and practice partnership opportunities for the dental community.
