Posielek

The Posielek Family Foundation is a charitable foundation focused on expanding educational opportunities for children and young people in India. Through donations, it supports its local partner, the CHANGE FOUNDATION, which carries out education and training projects in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala. The foundation’s work is particularly directed toward young people from disadvantaged communities, including lower social groups, indigenous tribes, and ethnic minorities, with special attention to girls and young women.

Its core initiative is a scholarship program for school pupils and students attending colleges, technical colleges, and universities. Recipients apply personally and report regularly on their progress; after completing their studies and finding employment, they repay an agreed amount to help fund opportunities for others. The foundation also supports evening tuition centers and after-school tutoring in villages and urban slums. These centers help preschool- and school-age children build skills for school, receive homework support, learn basic hygiene, and benefit from caring attention.
