Positive Vibes Boxing Academy

Positive Vibes Boxing and Wellness Academy is a charity amateur boxing club based in Pontarddulais, Swansea. Using boxing to create positive change, the Academy provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where children and adults can build fitness, confidence, discipline and resilience. Its work also focuses on preventative mental health support, general wellbeing and personal development, helping people strengthen connections and thrive within their communities.

Children’s sessions run from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m., followed by adult sessions from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Both cost £4 per session, and adults with no previous boxing experience are welcome. The Academy also offers Ladies Box ’n Vibes on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. for £5, with monthly memberships and family discounts available. It works with schools, alternative provision and early help services to support young people through group sessions and referrals. Its shop sells club merchandise, including hoodies, T-shirts, kit and boxing gear, with purchases supporting the charity’s community work.
