Unija poslodavaca Srbije (The Serbian Association of Employers) is a leading organization in Serbia and the region, representing the collective voice of employers. Established in 1994, it is a voluntary association of employers that promotes and protects their business, economic, social, and other interests. The association operates as an independent, sovereign, democratic, and responsible social partner.

Its mission is to advocate for and protect the interests of employers, as well as to improve the business environment and promote corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. The association actively contributes to the implementation and development of human rights and international labor standards. With over 133,000 members, including individual companies and collective members such as territorial or sectoral associations, Unija poslodavaca Srbije is committed to strengthening the position of employers, employees, and the overall society, while enhancing the competitiveness of the Serbian economy
