Postal Forum is a self-regulating body designated by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to protect the interests of consumers in the postal and courier services industry. As a platform for members to converge, Postal Forum sets standards to meet the expectations of consumers. Their vision is to create a space where all members can unite and establish these standards. To achieve this, Postal Forum actively identifies and reviews consumer-related matters, represents consumer interests (including handling complaints), and promotes the interests of consumers regarding tariffs and industry standards.

As an organization, Postal Forum aims to protect consumer rights and foster professionalism and trust between postal and courier service providers and consumers. They serve as the industry focal point for all stakeholders in matters relating to consumer protection. Membership is open to those willing to contribute to these objectives.
