Post Bellum is an international organization with branches in the Czech Republic, as well as abroad, dedicated to telling stories, documenting, educating, and helping beyond the borders of their country. They are part of an international network of partner organizations, working to grow and inspire each other. Their efforts include expanding their international archive and providing support to countries still ruled by totalitarian regimes. Post Bellum's Memory of Nations collection is an extensive open database of eyewitness testimonies, both foreign and Czech, translated into English.

In addition to documenting and educating, Post Bellum collaborates with schools and educational institutions, and publishes forgotten life experiences in various forms, including exhibitions, comics, and media outputs. Human rights projects are also a significant part of their activities, including gathering oral history interviews with former political prisoners and human rights defenders globally.

Furthermore, Post Bellum is involved in international spreading and has launched fundraising campaigns to help countries such as Ukraine. Their projects encompass various initiatives, such as the Memory of the Nation Schools Network and the Memory of the Nation Awards. With a strong commitment to their mission, Post Bellum continues to make a meaningful impact at home and abroad.
