PostBoxESP

PostBox US is an email service provider whose domain, postboxesp.com, is used to send messages on behalf of its subscribers. The company explains that a message containing a particular link may have come from one of those subscribers, and it offers guidance for recipients who have trouble opening it. Suggested steps include trying the link again or accessing the email from another device, since email clients or other installed software, such as antivirus programs, can sometimes interfere.

The service also provides a channel for handling unsolicited email and unsubscribe concerns. Recipients are asked to forward the complete original message, including its headers, to the company’s abuse address and briefly describe the issue. PostBox US states that it takes subscriber sending practices seriously and requires subscribers to use permission-based email marketing. Its website provides further information and contact options, and the company says it will address reports promptly while apologizing for any inconvenience.
