Postling is a private email assistant for Mac that helps people focus on important Gmail messages without sending their email to cloud servers. It sorts and labels incoming mail, assigns priorities, and quietly archives less urgent items such as newsletters, receipts, notifications, promotions and login codes. Messages that need attention remain visible in the inbox and are brought together in briefings delivered in the app or by email, up to three times a day. Each briefing highlights what is new, changed or still pending, along with relevant dates, amounts and next steps.
Postling can add appointments, deadlines and events to selected calendars, and update calendar entries when plans change. It learns from existing labels and from users’ corrections, while preserving labels and filters it did not create. People can connect multiple Gmail accounts and choose separate settings and briefings. The AI runs on the user’s Mac, and sign-in details are kept in the Mac’s Keychain. Postling is offered for a one-time licence fee, with options for individuals, households and teams.
