Post SV

Post SV Hockey is the hockey section of Post SV, a sports club based in Vienna’s 17th district, Hernals. Guided by the values of enjoyment, skill, athleticism and endurance, the club welcomes children to learn hockey from the age of four and fields teams across nearly all age groups and performance levels. Its programme includes training, competitive play and opportunities for young players to develop, with coaches whose experience includes world championships, the Olympic Games and national titles.

Members train at the Post SV hockey ground on the Postsportareal and use a nearby multipurpose hall during the winter season. The wider sports complex also offers facilities for activities such as football, tennis and beach volleyball. The club supports its hockey community with a local shop stocking essentials including sticks, shoes, mouthguards and team clothing, as well as a small kiosk serving snacks and drinks. HOPON, the club’s support association, helps promote and fund the development of young players.
