Posturide

Posturide provides personalized bicycle fitting services designed to improve comfort, help prevent pain and injuries, and support more efficient cycling. Its multidisciplinary team includes health professionals such as physiotherapists, osteopaths, and doctors with expertise in cycling posture and biomechanics. Services are available at partner practices across France, including Annecy and Paris, and appointments can be booked online.

In studio sessions combine a discussion of the cyclist’s goals and discomfort with mobility tests, dynamic pedaling analysis, and precise adjustments to the saddle, cockpit, cleats, and other contact points. The Fit package focuses on essential comfort adjustments, while Performance offers a more comprehensive assessment and personalized report. Pré-Fit helps customers choose a suitable bicycle before purchase, then includes a follow-up fitting once the bike is delivered. Posturide also offers an online training course with video lessons and downloadable resources, as well as a free cycling-posture guide. Its recommendations are tailored to each rider’s body, mobility, and cycling goals, with the aim of making every ride more comfortable and effective.
