Potfest is a UK ceramics festival organization that has celebrated clay and pottery since 1994. It presents ten events from April to November, spanning locations from southern England to Scotland. Each festival has its own setting and character, bringing together around 90 to 110 potters to exhibit and sell handmade ceramics. Visitors can discover functional pottery, decorative pieces, sculpture and other work, with options to suit a range of budgets and tastes.

Potfest’s events include open Pens shows, where exhibitors are not selected, alongside curated festivals and flagship events at Hutton-in-the-Forest and Compton Verney. The open format welcomes established professionals as well as emerging artists, students and hobby potters. Across the shows, visitors can meet and talk with the makers, explore work from more than 500 artists, and enjoy a day out centered on ceramics. The spring Penrith event also features demonstrations, talks and workshops led by potters and ceramicists. Potfest provides event information and ticket booking for its festivals throughout the year.
