Potomac Runners (PR) is a vibrant, year-round training group dedicated to runners of all abilities in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area. Since its inception in 1996, PR has fostered a supportive community where participants can improve their running skills while making lasting friendships. The organization offers free training programs, including easy runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the National Mall, speed work sessions on Wednesdays in Arlington, and long-distance runs on Saturday mornings in Alexandria.
