Pottery By Five is a community-centered ceramic studio in downtown Janesville, Wisconsin, where creativity takes shape through hands-on work with clay. The studio creates small-batch stoneware pottery, with each wheel-thrown piece made by hand and fired with care. Its offerings include classes in wheel throwing, hand-building, and sculpture, as well as monthly workshops and private lessons.
Designed for creatives ages 12 and up, the sessions welcome beginners and those looking to develop their skills in an encouraging, approachable setting. Visitors can also explore handmade pieces such as state ornaments, worry stones, and other pottery featured in the studio’s project gallery. Pottery By Five offers wholesale options for shops and other spaces seeking thoughtfully made ceramics, including logo mugs.
