About Power Up To Play
Power Up To Play is a charity founded by medical professionals dedicated to enhancing the well-being of young athletes in grassroots sports by preventing serious knee injuries. Our mission is to provide coaches with free training on an evidence-based warm-up program proven to reduce the risk of knee injuries in high-risk sports. Our team consists of experienced medical professionals and sports coaches, including world-renowned experts in knee injuries and treatment.
