About PPEP
PPEP, which stands for Portable Practical Education Preparation, is a brand dedicated to providing education and practical life skills to empower individuals for success. Founded in 1967 by Dr. John David Arnold, PPEP started as a portable classroom on wheels, equipped with books and supplies, and aimed to help Bracero farm-workers prepare for life in America by gaining a practical education.
Today, PPEP has grown and prospered, with over 500 employees and a reputation as one of the top 100 Employers in Arizona. PPEP offers a wide range of programs and services, including youth education, human services, microbusiness and housing development, medical aid, vocational education, and more. With a focus on uplifting rural communities, PPEP strives to make a positive impact by providing individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed and contribute to their communities
