P+ Dressage Concepts provides education, training and therapeutic services for horses and riders, guided by a holistic approach that brings together training, health and balance. The program is designed for riders, therapists and trainers seeking to develop their knowledge and practical skills. Offerings include professional development courses, seminars, riding instruction, horse training and rehabilitation, therapy, groundwork, and classical in-hand work.

The practice is led by Katja von Rönne and Janne M. Alonso, whose complementary backgrounds inform its work. Katja von Rönne is a certified master horse manager (Pferdewirtschaftsmeisterin FN), recognized with the Stensbeck distinction, and an international Grand Prix coach. She is based in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg. Janne M. Alonso holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences and is a Masterson Method Certified Practitioner and Coach. She is also a DOSB and FN riding instructor and is based in Erlangen and Nuremberg.
