PPM Manajemen

PPM Manajemen is an Indonesian management education and professional services organization founded on 3 July 1967 as the Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pembinaan Manajemen. Established to help address the country’s need for professional managers, it combines management education with services for developing people and organizations. Its six main offerings are PPM School of Management, executive development, training and certification, human resource assessment, research and consultancy, and in-house learning.

PPM School of Management provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including business and management degrees, blended learning, executive master’s programs, and the non-degree Mini MM. Executive development covers areas such as leadership, strategy, marketing, finance, human capital, and operational excellence. Training and certification programs span procurement, human resources, risk and compliance, supply chain, finance, marketing, data, and workplace safety. Its assessment services support competency assessment, recruitment and selection, and assessment-center design. Research and consultancy address human capital, strategy, operations, and organizational development, while in-house learning offers regular and customized programs. PPM Manajemen also operates branches in Surabaya, Makassar, Cikarang, and BSD.
