PPPFan is an online interactive platform and community in Kenya that brings television viewers together around content broadcast on PPP TV. Members can claim a free @handle to create a presence on the platform, post updates, like content, chat live and share photos. The site presents a social feed alongside live television and clips, allowing users to follow what is playing and engage with other fans. Shared photos and interactions can also appear on, or connect with, public television broadcasts via PPP TV, linking online participation with the viewing experience.

PPPFan offers sections for discovering people, following accounts, viewing posts and joining live chats, as well as features such as Meet Up and an editor. Users can access the platform through its app, and the site lists options to buy credits and advertise. Its community features include birthday highlights and public posts, giving viewers ways to connect and participate beyond simply watching television.
