Power and Participation Research Centre (PPRC) is an independent policy center based in Bangladesh. With a mission to advance empowerment, eliminate poverty and discrimination, and promote sustainable prosperity, PPRC is at the forefront of research and policy advocacy. They focus on key areas such as poverty and social protection, urban governance and politics, economy and growth, population dynamics, education and human development, health, and climate.

PPRC collaborates with various stakeholders and organizations to address pressing issues. For instance, they organized a national workshop with UNFPA on the accelerated realization of the ICPD 3 Zeroes Agenda, and they partnered with SEHD, CCDB, and GBK for a photo exhibition on social initiatives. Their work also extends to road safety and the impact of COVID-19 on livelihoods and poverty.

With a strong interest in regional and international discourses on democracy and development, PPRC actively contributes to global discussions on these subjects. Through their publications, events, and initiatives, PPRC strives to bring about positive change and create a more inclusive and prosperous society
