P&R Project is a flooring and interior-surface company with roots in P&R Trading B.V., founded in 1986 by Peter de Ruiter and Helene van der Pluijm. The business began by importing distinctive, high-quality carpet and carpet-tile collections and later established an exclusive import partnership with Shaw Industries in 1995. Since 2003, P&R Trading has supplied carpet and carpet tiles according to the Cradle to Cradle principle.

The brand offers a versatile selection of carpet tiles, rugs and leather wall and floor coverings for a range of projects. Its carpet-tile collections, including products from Shaw Contract, emphasize design, quality and sustainability, with a substantial in-stock range available for faster delivery. P&R’s own rug collection serves both business and residential customers, with rugs made to suit different sizes, shapes and finishes. Its leather coverings are crafted from naturally tanned buffalo leather; the material is described as 100% recyclable and 98% biodegradable. Leather is selected for each project, and every installation is tailored to the specific requirements.
