**Prácticas Chile** is an innovative program managed by the *Servicio Civil* aimed at providing university and technical students with valuable internship opportunities within Chile's public services and ministries. This initiative seeks to facilitate a transparent and equitable access system for students, ensuring they can apply based on their merits, skills, and motivations. By participating, students not only gain hands-on experience in the public sector but also develop a deeper understanding of the state's functions.

Additionally, Prácticas Chile emphasizes inclusivity by allowing participants to apply using their social name, recognizing and respecting their gender identity throughout the application process. The program runs specific application periods, encouraging students to stay informed about available internships and to seek further guidance on crafting effective resumes and interview techniques.

Through its commitment to improving public service employment and modernizing government functions, Prácticas Chile represents an essential pathway for young talent, ultimately contributing to a more engaged and knowledgeable citizenry in Chile.
