About ThemeFusion
Practing Alapítvány is dedicated to providing a practical training program for active students of Széchenyi István University. Students participating in the Practing program engage in hands-on training with personalized tasks at partner organizations, even working on their thesis projects. Following their industry experience, about 90% of participants secure their first job at the same place.
The program has evolved to include students from all majors at the university, thanks to a consortium of nearly 180 domestic and 30 foreign partners over the past 25 years. With a minimum 3-month duration, extendable, the program offers marketable scholarships, support for thesis preparation, and corporate placements post-graduation. Practing contributes to creating highly qualified engineers, familiarizing them with companies and fostering immediate employability, making them valuable assets in the workforce.
