Prader Willi Campania

Prader-Willi Campania is a volunteer organization dedicated to supporting people affected by Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS), their caregivers, and the professionals involved in their care. Based in Salerno, Italy, the association provides information to help families understand and manage the condition, and accompanies parents through care and support journeys so they do not feel alone. Its resources address different stages of life and include guidance for relatives and friends, alongside useful services and information about the syndrome.

The association also works to raise awareness of PWS and foster a more welcoming, inclusive culture. Its activities include sharing family stories, promoting research updates, and organizing initiatives and events for people with PWS and their families. These include opportunities to learn and connect, such as conventions, congresses, and summer stays for patients of all ages. A video campaign developed with community input presents the everyday experiences of families beyond the clinical aspects of the condition.
