The Prairie Political Science Association (PPSA) is a regional organization dedicated to fostering the study of political science and showcasing research about the Prairie region. Formed in Saskatoon in June 2007, it was incorporated in July 2012, with representatives from ten political science departments in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, alongside support from colleagues in other Canadian regional associations.

The association supports scholarship by political scientists based in the Prairies and beyond through its conference and related academic activities. It organizes the PPSA conference alongside the Indigenous Relationality Workshop (IRW), bringing participants together for presentations and discussion on political science and Indigenous relationality. Its website provides conference programs, participant and presenter information, registration details, proposal submission updates, and practical guidance on accommodation, meals, childcare, recreation, parking, transportation, and directions. The PPSA also shares information about its directors, executive, board, bylaws, and account access. Through these resources and gatherings, it connects political science scholarship with the regional academic community.
