About Prairie Strides
Prairie Strides Inc. Established in 1977 as MRDA, Prairie Strides is a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting physical, mental, and emotional strength in children aged 5-15 who face developmental challenges. Their adaptive horseback riding program caters to children with various diagnoses, including Cerebral Palsy, FASD, visual impairment, Autism, and more.
By harnessing the unique therapeutic benefits of horseback riding, Prairie Strides helps these children develop stronger bodies, minds, and spirits. Prairie Strides relies on the support of dedicated volunteers and generous sponsors to operate their program successfully.
