Prairie View Garden Center & Farm Market

Prairie View Garden Center and Farm Market, located in Hampshire, IL, is a family-owned business that has been dedicated to providing beautiful plants and exceptional service since April 2000. The brand was founded by Dan and Cheryl Linnemann, who fell in love not only with each other but also with the beauty of plants while working at a local garden center. Their dream to share their love of plants with the community became a reality when they established Prairie View.

Starting with just 8 part-time employees, 3 greenhouses, and a small sales yard offering annuals and perennials, Prairie View has now expanded to include 3 full-time employees, 12 part-time employees, and 9 greenhouses. Their selection has grown to include container shrubs, roses, and a variety of annuals and perennials. The sales yard has also expanded to nearly four times its original size.

Prairie View is well-known for their exquisite 14″ hanging baskets and their commitment to quality. Dan and Cheryl, along with their daughter and her husband, continue to be actively involved in the business, ensuring that their customers receive the best experience possible. The brand values their loyal customer base and acknowledges that their success would not have been possible without the support of their wonderful family, friends, and employees.
