Dr. Laurette Willis is the founder of PraiseMoves Fitness Ministry, offering a Christian alternative to yoga. With a belief that yoga is more than just exercise, Dr.
Laurette provides a unique approach to physical fitness intertwined with spirituality. PraiseMoves offers a wide range of classes and resources for individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being. In a world saturated with various forms of yoga, PraiseMoves stands out by providing a Christian perspective that aligns with the teachings of Christianity.
Unlike traditional yoga, PraiseMoves focuses on Christian principles and avoids any spiritual elements associated with Hinduism or New Age spirituality. With over 7,000 Registered Yoga Schools and more than 100,000 Registered Yoga Teachers in the United States alone, the popularity of yoga is undeniable. PraiseMoves offers an alternative to those seeking a fitness regimen that is consistent with their Christian faith.
