Praktijk Ostara

Praktijk Ostara is a body-oriented holistic coaching practice in Alkmaar, founded by Elise. Its mission is to help women feel safer within themselves, connect with their emotions and bodies, and become more able to choose what they need. The practice supports women who feel stuck in one or more areas of life, are seeking greater calm, or want to understand and manage their feelings.

Coaching combines conversation with attention to the body’s signals, recognizing that experiences, tension, and patterns can be held physically as well as mentally. Elise takes a holistic view, considering how thoughts, feelings, the body, energy, and surroundings relate to one another. Sessions aim to provide a safe, supportive space for reflection, personal growth, and practical steps forward.

Every coaching journey begins with a complimentary introductory conversation to explore whether the approach is a good fit and what support may be helpful. A free 15-minute introduction can also be scheduled online.
