Nancy Grapendaal

Praktijk Vanuit Liefde is a coaching and wellbeing practice founded by Nancy in Wervershoof, serving women who want to feel happier, more energetic and connected to themselves. Its work is especially aimed at women balancing motherhood, business and personal needs, and offers support for personal growth, self-love and purpose-led entrepreneurship. Nancy combines coaching with Reiki and cacao to help clients connect with their bodily wisdom, strengthen their sense of feminine power and make choices that feel authentic.

Services include individual coaching, Reiki healing sessions, cacao ceremonies and online tarot readings. The practice also offers The Business Journey, a five-month program to build a business foundation aligned with the participant’s identity and energy, and The Self-Love Journey, a ten-week experience focused on breaking old patterns and reconnecting with oneself. In addition, Nancy provides training in intuitive relaxation massage, teaching both massage techniques and ways to help others deeply relax. The website features testimonials, a blog, a newsletter with inspiration and practical tips, and the option to book sessions or a free introductory conversation.
