Prana Place

Prana Place is a pregnancy and birth education and yoga provider focused on creating positive experiences through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Its offerings include the Hypnobirthing Australia Program™, a childbirth education program designed to help mothers and birth partners prepare for a calm, supportive birth and make informed decisions before, during and after the baby’s arrival. The program covers mindset, birth choices and preparation, and brings these elements together for birth.

It uses breathing techniques, visualization and self-hypnosis, while helping participants explore the mind-body connection, build confidence and reduce fear and anxiety. Birth partners are actively involved, and preparation allows for both expected and unexpected circumstances. Prana Place also offers prenatal and restorative yoga, along with information about caesarean birth.

The website provides class details, schedules and prices, frequently asked questions, and a shop. Through education and practical preparation, Prana Place aims to help families create positive, loving and cherished memories of birth
