Prasanna

Prasanna Health is a wellness brand focused on bringing biohacking and health-oriented technology into the home. Founded by Gabriel Marques, the company grew from his personal exploration of holistic approaches, including sauna use, cold therapy, red light, grounding and reducing exposure to electromagnetic fields. Its products are designed to support home wellness routines, with a stated emphasis on zero- or near-zero-EMF technology.

The range includes infrared saunas and sauna blankets, cold plunges, red light therapy equipment, hydrogen therapy products, grounding mats, and healthy lighting such as red-light and full-spectrum bulbs and lamps. Prasanna also offers educational resources through its Optimized Home Academy, science content, a blog, and a home-optimization course. The brand presents its equipment as science-informed solutions for recovery and everyday wellbeing, and shares customer testimonials and endorsements from wellness practitioners and experts.

Prasanna serves customers in the US, EU and Australia. Its stated customer benefits include free shipping on qualifying orders, product warranties, a money-back guarantee, returns and access to customer support.
