Katharina Appia

Katharina Appia’s practice offers coaching and resources for women navigating infertility, an unfulfilled desire for a child, or the decision to let go of that hope. Drawing on her own experience of involuntary childlessness, Katharina provides ongoing one-to-one support designed to help clients find greater calm, confidence, and a sense of agency, whether their lives include a child or not. Her mentoring programmes run for three or six months and address both the journey toward parenthood and the grieving and healing process of moving forward without a child.

She also coaches clients through other personal challenges and offers online programmes, guided meditations, self-hypnosis audios, and a podcast about childlessness and fertility journeys. The practice includes group programmes, such as a five-week online experience focused on reconnecting with oneself and living more fully in the present. Coaching is available virtually or in person, with a paid introductory conversation for prospective clients to explore whether working together feels right
