Praxis Brohammer

Praxis Brohammer is a speech therapy and occupational therapy practice established in 1999 in Wolfach, Germany. Led by practice owner Claudia Brohammer, the team brings speech-language therapists and occupational therapists together under one roof, enabling close coordination of care. The practice treats people of all ages and offers therapy for a broad range of communication, swallowing, physical, cognitive and psychological challenges.

Speech therapy addresses language, speech, voice, breathing and fluency disorders, as well as swallowing difficulties. Occupational therapy supports people with physical, developmental or mental health needs to build skills and greater independence in everyday life and work. Services include individual assessment and treatment across areas such as pediatrics, neurology, orthopedics and geriatrics, alongside specialist programs and family guidance.

Care is provided in the practice’s facilities, which span more than 200 square metres, and can also be arranged as a home or care-facility visit, or by video. Praxis Brohammer additionally offers seminars, professional training, parent consultations and personal-development mentoring, including support related to eating and drinking difficulties, voice and body language
