PraxisKollektiv Jena is a collaborative midwifery and women’s health practice in Jena, Germany. Its interprofessional team includes experienced midwives, a physiotherapist, and a physician, working together to provide holistic, continuous support. The practice welcomes people of all family and life models and backgrounds, and accompanies women from early pregnancy through birth, breastfeeding, and beyond.

Services for pregnancy and birth include antenatal care, help with pregnancy discomforts, birth preparation, and birth support at home or in hospital. After birth, the team offers postnatal care, breastfeeding and complementary feeding advice, postnatal exercise, and baby massage. The practice also provides services for women beyond maternity, including yoga and sports classes, acupuncture, manual mobilisation, Touch Life massages, meditation, and relaxation sessions. A course for girls and women, “Starke Mädchen – Starke Frauen,” is also available.

PraxisKollektiv Jena emphasizes respectful, self-determined care and supports natural birth while collaborating with local gynaecologists and Robert-Koch-Krankenhaus Apolda when pregnancy or birth takes an atypical course. Gift vouchers are available for courses and health services.
