Praxis-Mediensuchtde

Praxis Mediensucht is a counselling and treatment practice in Munich serving people affected by problematic internet and media use, as well as their families. Led by Jürgen Eberle, M. A., the practice focuses on helping clients understand their media-use patterns, develop practical solutions, and make sustainable changes in everyday life.

Its services include educational counselling, parent coaching, individual sessions and treatment, parent and family discussions, and family conferences. The practice also offers assessment for media addiction, psychometric testing, psychosocial history-taking, and educational guidance about media and addiction. Further support may address motivation, social and communication skills, personal needs, relationships, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and alternative leisure activities.

Where appropriate, clients can be connected with experiential learning opportunities or other support organisations. Appointments are arranged in advance, with sessions available in different durations.
